Global health & beauty distribution company GRACE Inc. (CEO Abraham Cho) is strengthening its presence in North America by expanding collaboration with CJ Olive Young’s U.S. subsidiary and broadening partnerships across major U.S. retail channels.
Recently, CJ Olive Young officially opened its first U.S. offline store, OLIVE YOUNG Pasadena, marking a major step in its expansion into the American market. Spanning approximately 8,647 square feet (about 243 pyeong), the store features more than 400 brands and 5,000 products, positioning itself as a leading K-beauty specialty retail platform in the United States.
As an official vendor partner of CJ Olive Young’s U.S. subsidiary, GRACE Inc. supports the entry of Korean K-beauty brands into the U.S. market. Beyond simple product supply, GRACE provides end-to-end support essential for successful market entry, including brand entry strategy, logistics, marketing, and channel operations, thereby strengthening distribution competitiveness in the U.S.
In addition, GRACE is expanding collaboration with major online and offline U.S. retail channels such as Costco USA, Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, Amazon US, and TikTok US, focusing on building strong local distribution networks for K-beauty brands. In particular, through its U.S. subsidiary GRACE America Inc., the company has established an integrated distribution and logistics infrastructure, reinforcing a one-stop solution that supports brands with import, logistics, distribution, and marketing throughout the U.S. market entry process.
As demand for K-beauty continues to grow rapidly in the U.S., CJ Olive Young is accelerating its offline expansion with the Pasadena store, followed by the opening of an additional location in Century City. In line with this market momentum, GRACE plans to continue discovering new brands, expanding its brand portfolio, and strengthening partnerships with key U.S. retail channels.
GRACE is also expanding its role beyond that of a traditional distributor, increasingly acting as a “brand builder” that helps design long-term growth strategies for brands in global markets. By analyzing each brand’s unique positioning and channel-specific consumer behavior, GRACE develops optimized distribution strategies and connects local marketing with retail execution to support stable market entry and sustainable growth.
A GRACE representative stated,
“As interest and demand for K-beauty continue to grow in the U.S. market, we are actively expanding partnerships with diverse local distribution channels. Moving forward, we will continue strengthening our distribution competitiveness in the U.S. through GRACE America Inc. and position ourselves as a key partner supporting the successful global expansion of Korean brands.”
Meanwhile, GRACE continues to expand its distribution network across major global markets including Japan, Taiwan, Europe, and the Middle East, further strengthening its position as both a global brand builder and a distribution platform supporting the international expansion of K-beauty brands.
