GRACE Inc. Officially Launches Premium Ginger Shot Brand ‘Kloster Kitchen’ in Korea

Global health & beauty distribution company GRACE Inc. has officially launched the premium ginger shot brand Kloster Kitchen in Korea.

Kloster Kitchen is a premium wellness brand that promotes a vibrant lifestyle, based on organic ginger and traditional monastery recipes. The brand has grown primarily in European markets such as Austria and Switzerland, surpassing a cumulative global sales volume of 66 million bottles, gaining strong popularity among consumers worldwide.

Ginger shots are beverages that concentrate the key active components of ginger into a convenient “shot” format for easy consumption. In the U.S., they have gained popularity as part of wellness routines among celebrities and influencers, and are now emerging as a new wellness trend in Korea as well.

Kloster Kitchen ginger shots are inspired by traditional Austrian monastery recipes and use certified organic ginger sourced under German standards. Unlike simple juice extracts, the product incorporates whole ginger to deliver a deep and rich flavor. Through a low-temperature pasteurization (CCP) process, the product maintains its natural taste and quality without preservatives, artificial flavors, or artificial colorants. It is also vegan-certified, making it a clean wellness beverage suitable for all consumers.

The product lineup consists of four flavors to suit different preferences and lifestyles:
• Classic Ginger Shot: Original recipe combining the spiciness of ginger with refreshing lemon notes
• Pineapple Ginger Shot: A milder option where pineapple sweetness balances ginger’s sharpness
• Pomegranate Ginger Shot: A balanced blend of tart pomegranate and spicy ginger
• Turmeric Ginger Shot: A unique flavor combining nutty turmeric with deep ginger notes

All Kloster Kitchen ginger shots are now available through CJ Olive Young’s wellness curation platform OLIVE BETTER as well as key Olive Young stores nationwide, expanding consumer accessibility in Korea.
